The theme of this conference is "Coaching para o Sucesso" and is scheduled for December 5 in Vila Real - Portugal.

This conference aims to create a space for meeting, sharing and learning, highlighting the role of coaching in relation to personal and professional development.
 
In addition to a diverse set of testimonies about the impact of coaching on a personal level and professional organizations, the conference also presents the basic principles of coaching and its methodology.
