Expert in Educational Sciences, with an unique theoretical and practical know-how in teacher education, focusing on less common subjects such as coaching, self-knowledge, development of personal and social skills, as well as entrepreneurial pedagogy, towards building "happy educational communities". Jacinto Jardim is also the author of works on academic success, entrepreneurship, motivation, happiness and positive change, such as "Dez Competências Rumo à Felicidade" and "Brincadores de Sonhos". He is currently the Coordinator of the Office for Entrepreneurship and Citizenship Education (Chair Infante Dom Henrique for Atlantic Island Studies and Globalization of the Aberta University). He is certified in Coaching by the International School of Professional Coaching (Porto).
